Dave held positions in Sales Management while focusing most of his efforts on training salespeople.  He worked in the highly competitive media industry in Edmonton working for some of Canada’s leading broadcasters.  These large publicly traded companies – Corus Entertainment and Newcap Radio – gave Dave an excellent background in business systems, revenue generation, budgeting and strategic planning.  While he trained salespeople, Dave also took full advantage of the corporate training available to him in leadership and management.  Many of Dave’s testimonials from his former staff attest to his passion, approachability and ability to motivate, empower and retain people.
