Dave was responsible for the revenue of a 5 station radio group in Canada's most competitive radio market with 30 stations. Innovation, creativity, team development & training led to near double digit revenue gains yearly. Managing a sales team consisting of senior Account Executives, sales managers, and over twenty salespeople, Dave also developed the recruitment process & in house training program currently used by the company.

An active public speaker, Dave initiated and led multiple educational sessions including Advertiser Workshops and Social Media Worship Series  within the company.
